Hope for Heroes

Southern Homes worked with me on the build of my home.  I chose him because I wanted to do several things for myself to reduce the cost of our house.  Jerry ensured all code requirements were met.  However, because of the way he worked with me, I was able to build my dream home for my family at a substantial savings.  I'll never forget his honesty when he told me that my home cost nearly $30,000 less than I thought it did.

He was excellent in keeping me informed. He even helped make small changes at no cost. He did a wonderful job in building my “forever” home.

My warranty just expired and a couple things happened. I had put in an inexpensive faucet in my kitchen. My faucet leaked all over my cabinets. Jerry replaced the bad portions of my cabinets. Shortly thereafter, a large tree (almost 50’ high) in my back yard was dying; Jerry had the tree cut down so that it would not have any future impact on my home.  All of this was free and was not even required.
